Keynote Speaker: Dianne Bondy
Author, yogi, and highly acclaimed public speaker, Dianne Bondy has been advocating for an inclusive and empowering approach to yoga that welcomes all bodies onto the mat for over twenty years.
She speaks regularly on a variety of topics, from eating disorders, to accessible yoga, to bias and prejudice in everyday life. She also shares her powerful words on her blog, in her book, Yoga for Everyone: 50 Poses for Every Type of Body, and in a collection of podcasts called "It's Not About Me," available here on Apple podcasts.
Recognizing that words are not enough to create change, Dianne has tackled the systematic barriers in the yoga industrial complex to bring about her vision of yoga for all. She frequently leads diversity trainings for yoga instructors online and in person, and she provides additional resources for both instructors and students on her website.
We cannot wait to welcome Dianne to the 2020 Embodied Learning Summit in February!
